3. Liberia Flag Documentation:

4. Bahamas, Malta, Marshall Islands, Belize, Honduras, Palau, St. Kitts:
•Issued by: Respective flag state authorities or authorized agents

•Flag State Medical Certificate
•STCW Endorsement (if sailing in officer capacity)
General Notes:
•Purpose: These documents authorize a seafarer to work under a particular country’s flag and must comply with STCW and IMO standards.
